Shipping policy

We ship from the UK. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email.

UK delivery

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day — choose Express and it can be with you the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please check the tracking page first if your parcel seems delayed.

Missed deliveries

If you're not in, the courier will leave a card or a message with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local point. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered or unclaimed, we will refund the order minus the original delivery charge.

International delivery

We deliver to selected countries outside the UK. Available services, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, message us through the contact page with your order number and we will put it right.
