Delivery
UK Standard — 2–4 working days, £3.50, free on orders over £85.
UK Express — 1–2 working days, £4.00, free on orders over £150.
Order before 3pm (UK time) on a working day and we dispatch the same day — choose Express and it can be with you the next working day. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return anything that isn’t right. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Start your return at lupa-returns.fogal.io — you’ll need your order number and the email you used at checkout. We’ll email you once it has been processed, usually within 3–5 working days of arriving with us, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Sizing
Our fits are true to size. Tees and tops are cut relaxed — size down if you prefer it fitted. Leggings and skorts are compressive — stay true to size. If you’re between sizes on fleece, size up for the oversized look.
Care
Almost everything survives a cold machine wash with similar colours. Hang dry soft-touch and performance pieces; fleece can tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on logos. Full care instructions are on every product page.
